Macintosh classic ii emulator11/13/2022 ![]() It was sold alongside the more powerful Macintosh Classic II in 1991 until its discontinuation the next year.Īfter Apple co-founder Steve Jobs left Apple in 1985, product development was handed to Jean-Louis Gassée, formerly the manager of Apple France. The price and the availability of education software led to the Classic's popularity in education. ![]() The Classic is an adaptation of Jerry Manock's and Terry Oyama's 1984 Macintosh 128K industrial design, as had been the earlier Macintosh SE. Instead, it had a memory expansion/ FPU slot. Unlike the Macintosh SE/30 and other compact Macs before it, the Classic did not have an internal Processor Direct Slot, making it the first non-expandable desktop Macintosh since the Macintosh Plus. It is up to 25 percent faster than the Plus and included an Apple SuperDrive 3.5-inch (9 cm) floppy disk drive as standard. The Classic also featured several improvements over the aging Macintosh Plus, which it replaced as Apple's low-end Mac computer. However, it ensured compatibility with the Mac's by-then healthy software base, as well as enabled it to sell for the lower price, as planned. Apple's decision to not update the Classic with newer technology such as a newer CPU, higher RAM capacity or color display resulted in criticism from reviewers, with Macworld describing it as having "nothing to gloat about beyond its low price" and "unexceptional". ![]() ![]() The system specifications of the Classic are very similar to those of its predecessors, with the same 9-inch (23 cm) monochrome CRT display, 512 × 342 pixel resolution, and 4 megabyte (MB) memory limit of the older Macintosh computers. Production of the Classic was prompted by the success of the original Macintosh 128K, then the Macintosh Plus, and finally the Macintosh SE. It was the first Macintosh to sell for less than US$1,000. The Macintosh Classic is a personal computer designed, manufactured and sold by Apple Computer from October 1990 to September 1992. ![]()

Free youth ministry powerpoint games11/13/2022 ![]() ![]() I literally didn’t sleep at all the night before because I was so nervous and excited to start up this series and preach this message on Romans 1. So, does God reveal to Moti the existence of sin? Does Moti know that he is a sinner? How in the world does Moti sin? Is he cussing out the island koala bears? Is he drawing dirty little pictures in the sand? Is he torturing any bird he can get his hands on? This is an important message to understand how the entire world is cursed with sin, and how the only cure for sin is the gospel of Jesus! ![]() So the sermon was on “Is Moti INNOCENT of sin?” This is one of the most prominent answers I get from teenagers who think that Moti goes to heaven when he dies (Moti is a man on a deserted island who has never had contact with any other human being, missionary, etc.). All night long the students were truly pumped up to praise Jesus, and the worship just seemed to be more genuine than ever. Last night was another BEST NIGHT YET! Two words that come to mind to describe last night are: EXCITEMENT and GENUINE. ![]() Sermon Intro Video: Clips from the movie “Castaway” Free files for youth pastors and small group leaders: ![]()

Matteo carcassi tremolo11/13/2022 ![]() ![]() It seemed however the Carulli was fond of his less famous friend as can be seen by his dedication of the work '6 Andantes, Op. Unfortunately for Carcassi many of his accomplishments were somewhat overshadowed by his contemporary Fernando Carulli. Many of the techniques sprinkled throughout the 25 etudes are invaluable and still relevant almost 200 years after they were first composed. Each etude allows the ardent follower of guitar to learn and experiment with new techniques and interpretation. The '25 Etudes' or more fully '25 Melodic & Progressive Studies' represents tremendous value to students of the classical guitar. Carcassi was a no slouch in the composing department writing numerous pieces for guitar during his time in Germany and finally in Paris where he spent most of his life. 60' composed by the Italian virtuoso of the 18th and 19th centuries - Matteo Carcassi. This brings the etude to a cheerful and exciting conclusion. To me, the bass line bouncing between the tonic and dominant notes sounds like the tolling of church bells. The piece then returns to similar material in A major, but this time with an extended ending. ![]() This section has a clearer separation of bass and treble voices. After a bouncy opening in A major, the piece modulates directly to the parallel minor key of A minor. Giuliani’s Etude No.15, Op.100 is an exciting study in rondo form. As a result, students have to pay especially close attention to voicing and control of the right hand.Ĭomposer: Mauro Giuliani 5. This theme of duality continues throughout this intermediate etude. Right off the bat, we hear an intricate “call and response” dialogue between the bass and treble voices. Mauro Giuliani’s Etude No.11, Op.100 doesn’t waste any time bringing intensity and passion. This is a beautiful arpeggio study, and possibly the “easiest” Francisco Tárrega piece! You can learn more about it here. ![]() ![]() Incorporating many of his own designs to illustrate the principles of classical Roman architecture, Palladio strongly influenced 18th-century architecture in the British Isles, Italy and America. A very nice example.įirst published in Italian in 1570, Palladio’s treatise popularized classical decorative details, becoming what is probably the most influential architectural book ever printed. In excellent condition with light rubbing and wear, some leaves toned. General and divisional titles within woodcut historiated architectural border profusion of woodcut illustrations, mostly full-page. Folio, bound in full morocco, gilt tooling of Renaissance-style panel design, spine ends. Rare second edition after the first of 1570, “the most studied of the architectural treatises of the Renaissance” (Millard). Finally Lord Burlington tried to bring back the entire collection with the purchase of Talman’s drawings, which later passed to the IV Duke of Devonshire.I Quattro Libri di Architettura (The Four Books of Architecture). One group of drawings came to the hands of George Clarke, who bequeathed them to Worcester College Library and another group was bought by William Talman, who gave them to his son John Talman. The drawings passed to Jones’s pupil John Webb and later to Webb’s son William, who sold them. ![]() The history of how these drawings arrived to London from Vicenza and Venice is a fascinating one, so that I decided to retrace the route these drawings made through architects and collectors during more than five centuries, starting with the author, Andrea Palladio, and the first person who brought most of the drawings to England, Inigo Jones. In fact only in London three-hundred drawings by Palladio are preserved at the RIBA Library and two at Westminster Abbey Library, six can be found at Worcester College Library, Oxford, and ten at Chatsworth house, Derbyshire. ![]() Palladio is well-known in Europe, Russia included, and even in North America but it was in England, especially around London’s area, where he achieved most of his success. ![]() Andrea Palladio remains one of the most influential architects in Italy, especially in Veneto, but also in other parts of the world in which his drawings and the famous treatise I Quattro Libri dell’Architettura came to a wide reading public made of architects, collectors and connoisseurs. ![]()
